Founder Dashboard

A private workspace I built for myself to run a founder’s week from one screen. It brings my own email, calendar and documents together, organised around the people, meetings and deals I’m actually working on.

What it does

Pipeline

Tracks every relationship and deal from first intro to signed agreement, with value, stage and health on one board.

Meeting prep

Reads my upcoming calendar and assembles a brief for each meeting: who is attending, recent correspondence, related documents.

Email in context

Shows the threads behind each contact so follow-ups are never missed, and drafts replies for me to review before anything is sent.

Documents where they belong

Finds the proposals, agreements and notes in my Google Drive that relate to a contact, and creates new ones when I ask.

How it uses Google

When I connect a Google account, the app asks permission to read that account’s Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive. It uses that access only to power the features above, only for the account that granted it. It never reads anyone else’s data, never sends email on its own, is not used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

Access can be disconnected from Settings at any time, or revoked from the Google Account itself. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

Only me. Founder Dashboard is not a product and has no sign-up. Sign-in is restricted to my own Google accounts; anyone else who tries is turned away.
